The limited undo can be a deal breaker for digital artists. The free version only allows up to 3 layers, 20 basic tools, no PSD export/importing, and the Undo button is limited to 6 times. However, the big caveat here is the free version of the app is severely limited. You can also import/export your work in JPG, PNG, and PSD files if you want to edit it on Photoshop or other software. It also supports pressure sensitivity on a stylus or touch inputs. Artflow supports canvases up to 6144 x 6144 px and can use up to 50 layers on a single canvas or drawing. If you’re happy with the brush you’ve customized, you can save it as a preset, which is handy. Brushes are fully customizable so you can adjust them as needed. There’s a nice selection of 80+ brushes and features both a smudge tool and gradient fill.
